Kudos to Renee and her team at Greenwood Realty. Having dealt with several Realtors in the Greenwood area, there simply isn’t a better choice out there. We were first introduced to Renee after an unproductive experience with another Realtor when we were considering a relocation to Greenwood. She happily guided us around Greenwood County and shared her wealth of knowledge about everything the community had to offer. Once we decided to relocate, Renee partnered with us to find our new home. She impressed us with her ability to listen and understand our needs. She showed us homes that met our criteria and didn’t waste our time. When it was time to purchase our new home she was aggressive in her effort to get us the best deal.
Years later, when circumstances caused us to move away from Greenwood, Renee was there for us again when we needed to sell the home. Moving can be a stressful time and Renee put us at ease with her comforting nature, while advising us on the steps we needed to take to best position our home for sale. Her command of the market is outstanding and she told us confidently that if we did what she asked, that our home would sell within six months. True to her word, our home sold in three months and much of that can be attributed to Renee’s hard work and expertise.
