So you want to know about me? Never really like to talk about me, but this year is a wonderful occasion-my 15^th in business! Where did the time go? And what does it matter to you?

Looking back I amaze myself over my stubborness to quit. I have seen the good, the bad and definitely the awry in this profession. And here comes the kicker---I AM STILL PASSIONATE ABOUT REAL ESTATE!!

Is it an addiction? Is it the challenge? Is it the never ending learning curve that is required to stay in business? Confession! I don’t know why, but I live, breathe and sleep in real estate. Ever since I was a child a would register in my brain the beautiful view of a for sale sign plucked into someone’s yard. Growing up I didn’t hesitate to buy my own (little) home, and am now an active investor myself.

You say, ja, ja, ja, and what’s in it for me I tell you what’s in it for you: Life experience! My cold hard life experience in real estate is what you will, not maybe, but will benefit from. Having begun in the worst real estate market in years, I endured deal after deal go bumpy and chokingly say I took real estate boot camp!

Each sale gave me the richness of knowledge and I would walk away with the newly found aha thought: “My future clients will benefit from this!”

15 years down the road I am more than ever convinced that only life experience, not theoretical school teachings are the glue that holds your dreams to final reality.

So when you come to me with your wish in hand, get ready for the ride. A ride of fun, and challenges, sense of safety, yet adventure. And when you sit in your dream home, smile, because you have arrived!!
